Availability: Liongard is Limited release — contact your Thread account team to enable them for your workspace.
These integrations extend what Super Magic can reach when working on tickets. They’re all workspace-level: an admin connects each one once, and it works for every member (no individual sign-ins — that’s what makes them integrations rather than connectors; see the Super Magic Admin Guide for the distinction).

The pattern (same for all of them)

Every integration on this page follows two steps:
  1. Connect it — from Integrations (/dashboard/integrations), find the tool and click Configure →, enter its credentials, then click Connect. Connecting activates the integration by default; credential fields lock once connected.
  2. Enable it for Super Magic — on the same integration’s detail page, use the Super Magic access card below the setup card to toggle Super Magic access on.
Both must be true before the tools appear. A connected integration with Super Magic access off exposes nothing — and vice versa. To turn an integration off, use the three-dots options menu on its row in the Integrations list (Disconnect for integrations, Disable for connectors). Disconnecting an integration that also feeds Super Magic automatically turns its Super Magic access off.

IT Glue

Adds IT Glue documentation search to Super Magic. Members can ask things like “find the firewall docs for Acme in IT Glue” and get matching documents in the chat, with links back to IT Glue.

Hudu

Adds Hudu search — knowledge base articles, passwords, and network documentation. Results appear in chat with links to the source in Hudu.

TimeZest

Adds four scheduling capabilities:
  • Look up resources (who can be booked) and appointment types
  • See existing scheduling requests
  • Send a scheduling request — this one is a write action: it sends a real scheduling email to the contact, so it always goes through the Confirm action card, and it respects your write-access settings.
A member can ask: “Send Jane a scheduling link for a 30-minute remote support session.”

Liongard (Limited release)

Adds Liongard inspection data to Super Magic — environments, systems, metrics, alerts, detections, and timelines from your Liongard instance. The exact capabilities come from your Liongard instance directly, and they’re all read-only.
Liongard is also offered in theSuper MCP connector catalog(per-member sign-in) — seeAdd External Tools to Super Magic with Connectors.

Knowledge base, web search, and Thread docs

Three knowledge sources need no integration setup:
  • Knowledge base search (Limited release) — searches your workspace KB and resolved-ticket history.
  • Web search — live web results (error codes, CVEs, vendor docs). Managed by Thread; no admin action needed.
  • Thread docs search — always on; answers questions about how Thread itself works.

Troubleshooting

Tools not appearing after setup? In order:
  1. Check the integration shows Connected on its row.
  2. Check its toggle is on in Super Magic settings → Integrations.
  3. For limited-release integrations, confirm with your account team that your workspace is enabled.
  4. Still stuck — work through the decision tree in the Super Magic Admin Guide → Troubleshooting.
