# How to Uninstall the Microsoft Teams Service App

> Remove the Thread Microsoft Teams Service App from a customer tenant by uninstalling in Thread Admin and deleting it from the Teams Admin Center Manage Apps.

If you wish to uninstall this app, you can follow these steps:

    In [Thread Admin](https://admin.getthread.com/dashboard/clients/companies), find the company that is linked to the Teams App that you would like to uninstall and click on Uninstall

  <Step title="Open Manage Apps in the Teams Admin Portal">
    Navigate to the **Microsoft Teams Admin Portal** and click **Teams Apps** -> [Manage Apps](https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/policies/manage-apps)

  <Step title="Search for the Service App">
    Search for the name of the Service App in the search bar

  <Step title="Delete the app">
    Click on the app and then on the right side of the screen click "Actions" -> "Delete"
